The Email Marketing Specialist will assist in the development and execution of email strategies across Golf Channel, Golf Channel Am Tour, Golf Advisor, World Long Drive and partners, reporting to the Manager, Email Strategy within the Marketing & Creative Solutions Department.


Assist in the development and execution of email strategies for Golf Channel, Golf Advisor, Golf Channel Am Tour, and World Long Drive
Create, schedule and deploy email campaigns – including copywriting
Set up email automations for several types of email campaigns
Design, code and render test emails for before deployment
Manage, update and field requests for additions to the email calendar
Work with internal stakeholders to acquire planned creative/marketing assets needed to complete an email and assist with creation/edit of assets when necessary
Perform quality assurance checks for all email launches
Manage the list management for all brands, including managing of preference centers and data flows
Monitor email performance in all key metrics and develop reporting for senior level management



Minimum Qualifications:

College degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field with at least 3 years of experience in email marketing
Experience working with an ESP (Salesforce preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Email HTML
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results oriented, paying close attention to detail
Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
Works well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must demonstrate the ability to work extended hours on short notice if the work requires it, including weekends
Additional Job Requirements
Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice (if applicable)

Knowledge of golf and/or golf industry
Experience with Photoshop and Dreamweaver
SQL knowledge
